Shipping Policy


  • All stocks are located in and shipped from Sydney, Australia.
  • PO Box is not recommended as a shipping address.
  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of receiving confirmation of our customer’s orders and will notify our customers of any delays on our end.
  • We do not have control over the postal system and will dispatch upon confirmation within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking reference number where possible so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
  • If a parcel cannot be delivered due to the customer's or other external errors, or is not collected within the collection timeframe and therefore returned to sender (RTS). Twinkle Glory will contact the customer with options for re-shipment.

*Due to the bulky nature of some items, an additional shipping fee may be charged. This will be stated clearly in the product description and will appear on your receipt and checkout page as "shipping" cost.


Metro and Major Regional areas

  • Twinkle Glory offers FREE SHIPPING for any orders over $99 and a flat rate of $15 for orders under $99 (excl. Deliveries to WA, TAS, NT or Rural areas).
  • FREE SHIPPING applies to metro and major regional areas including Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Brisbane.


WA, TAS, NT or Rural Areas

  • Deliveries to WA, TAS, NT or Rural areas will be calculated based upon the weight of the product. The shipping fee is calculated through our automated system and will account for wrapping and product safety precautions.
  • Weight measurements of the products are determined either by physical weight OR cubic weight whichever is heavier.


New Zealand

  • Customers in new zealand>will be charged $35 per order (below 8kg);  $45 per order (over 8kg), and the estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days (subject to external variability).
  • Weight measurements of the products are determined either by physical weight OR cubic weight whichever is heavier.


Internal Delivery System

  • Some orders within Sydney and Melbourne CBD may be eligible for delivery via our internal delivery system.
  • Eligibility of orders will solely be decided by Twinkle Glory.
  • No tracking number will be provided, however, an email or text (in the case an email is not provided) will be sent once we receive an ETA of your parcel.
  • Customers will be notified of any delays.
  • Drivers will try to contact customers upon arrival.
  • Internal deliveries will be marked as "TGDriver-(Driver Initials)"

NOTE: Our shipping partners are currently facing unprecedented delays to all international destinations because airline capacity and in-country delivery impacts as a result of recent floods.

However, Twinkle Glory will take initiative to help our customers investigate further with our shipping partners to ensure the safest method of delivery of our products.
