Instructions:

Marshmallow Popcorn - Makes 6 Cups

1. Pop 6 cups of popcorn, place in a large bowl, salt as needed.
2. Melt 3 TBSP butter in a medium saucepan. Once melted, add 3 cups of mini marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are melted then turn off the heat.
3. Pour 3/4 of the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and gently fold the popcorn with a spatula until evenly coated.
4. Pour marshmallow popcorn onto a prepared cookie sheet.
5. Drizzle remaining marshmallow mixture overspread popcorn. Then, drizzle red cookie icing over popcorn. Sprinkle chocolate crunch over popcorn.
6. Allow popcorn to cool. Break apart into pieces and serve.
