 SHIPPING POLICY

  • All stock is located at and shipped from Sydney, Australia.
  • PO Box and Parcel Locker shipping addresses are not recommended.
  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of receiving confirmation of our customer’s orders and will notify our customers of any delays on our end.
  • Stated transit time is calculated from time of parcel pickup by our courier partner.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking reference number where possible so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
  • If a parcel cannot be delivered due to the customer's error, external factors, or is not collected within the collection timeframe and therefore returned to the sender (RTS). Twinkle Glory will contact the customer with options for re-shipment.
  • Shipping rates will be calculated once the shipping address is provided.

    Please note: Due to the bulky nature of some items, an additional shipping fee may be charged. This incurred fee will be clearly stated in the product description and will appear on your receipt and checkout page as "shipping" cost.

    • Weight measurements of the products are determined either by physical weight OR cubic weight whichever is greater.
    • The shipping fee is calculated through our automated system and will account for wrapping and product safety precautions.

    • Some orders within Sydney, and Melbourne CBD may be eligible for delivery via our internal delivery system.
    • Eligibility of orders will solely be decided by Twinkle Glory.
    • Internal Delivery is generally same or next day delivery.
    • Internal deliveries will be marked as "TGDriver-(Driver Initials) ETA (date and time)"

     

    Express shipping

    • Most orders within Australia may be eligible for Express Shipping.
    • Prices and eligibility will be determined by; shipping location and weight measurement of the entire order.
    • Parcel's ETA is within the stated time frame after courier pickup.
    • Arrival time is subject to external factors such as, external delays, stock availability and other factors out of Twinkle Glory’s control.

     

    Delayed delivery or missing items

    • If your parcel has been delayed past the expected delivery date or;
    • an item is missing from your parcel and is clearly displayed on your receipt.

    • Please note: Twinkle Glory will try our best to help you and recover products or send replacements, however, please allow time for us and our shipping partners to investigate, as these issues are mostly external and out of our control.

     

    NOTE: Our shipping partners are currently facing unprecedented delays to all international destinations.

    Disclaimer: Twinkle Glory will not take responsibility for any damages after the order has been delivered in good condition and sufficient packaging to ensure safe arrival of our products. However, Twinkle Glory will take the initiative to help our customers investigate further with our shipping partners to ensure the safest method of delivery of our products.

     

      Click and Collect

      With the introduction of our physical store, we now welcome the ‘Click and Collect’ option.

      STEP 1.

      During checkout, select the ‘Pick up’ option in the Delivery Methods section.

      STEP 2.

      Select your preferred store from the list.

      STEP 3.

      Pay and complete your order, that’s it!

      We’ll reserve your items and get them ready for collection during the store opening hours.

      Notification

      After checkout - wait for our email notice. Orders are usually ready for collection within 2-4 business days.

      After pick up - an email notification will be sent to the same email address after checkout confirming the collection of your parcel.

      Pick up and what to bring when collecting your order

      When in-store, head straight to the counter and present to our staff the following:

      • Proof of receipt/order: A reference for your order number and the email confirmation (can be one document containing both).
      • Photo ID: Any valid official identification documents containing the name under your order (current driver’s license, passport, or proof of age card).

      Someone else picking up your parcel for you?

      • You may nominate someone else to pick up your parcel for you.
      • Simply contact us to let us know your order number and the name of the nominee.
      • The nominee should provide a Photo ID which matches the name given to us by you.

      Stock and location

      • Available locations is determined by available stock within our system.
      • Please contact us to enquire about stock at locations.

       

      Please make sure all documents are present, when picking up.
