Absolutely! We ship Australia-wide with reliable local delivery partners. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout once your address is provided. Orders are typically dispatched within one to three business days after confirmation. If there’s any delay on our end, we’ll let you know right away.

What should I do if my Sanrio item arrives damaged or if I want to return it?

We want you to love every item you receive. If there’s a major problem with your order (as defined by the ACCC), you can request a refund or replacement. Contact the Twinkle Glory team within 14 days of delivery so we can help you find the best solution.

Refunds are processed through your original payment method and may take seven to 10 business days to finalise.

Replacements will match the original product where possible. If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund. Customers cover postage fees unless the product has an obvious fault. In that case, Twinkle Glory covers return shipping costs.
