WARRANTY POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us!
We give our BEAR products warranty for 12 months and 24 months (refer to product's page) periods in effect from the date of purchase and subject to terms and conditions below:
- This warranty is only valid if the date of purchase is within the warranty time-frame.
- No charge will be made for parts and labour involved and this warranty only covers manufacturing defects, but the shipping fee (to send the item back to fix) shall be paid by the customer.
- This warranty card is only valid within Australia.
- Only valid for products as per their product description.
The warranty does not cover damage from:
- Damage by the attack of household pests, lightning, and natural disasters.
- Product damage due to altering or repairing by an unauthorised person or accident.
- Products being damaged due to commercial use.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (product accessories included).
- Damage due to careless use and/or not following instructions in manual provided.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been damaged by the customer, a refund will not be processed. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will be notified and will receive their refund within 7 days after the notification.
