Click and Collect

With the introduction of our physical store, we now welcome the ‘Click and Collect’ option.

STEP 1.

During checkout, select the ‘Pick up’ option in the Delivery Methods section.

STEP 2.

Select your preferred store from the list.

STEP 3.

Pay and complete your order, that’s it!

We’ll reserve your items and get them ready for collection during the store opening hours.

Notification

After checkout - wait for our email notice. Orders are usually ready for collection within 2-4 business days.

After pick up - an email notification will be sent to the same email address after checkout confirming the collection of your parcel.

What to bring

When in-store, head straight to the counter and present to our staff the following:

  • Proof of receipt/order: A reference for your order number and the email confirmation (can be one document containing both).
  • Photo ID: Any valid official identification documents containing the name under your order (current driver’s license, passport, or proof of age card).

Someone else picking up your parcel for you?

    • You may nominate someone else to pick up your parcel for you.
    • Simply contact us to let us know your order number and the name of the nominee.

Stock and location

  • Available locations is determined by available stock within our system.
  • Please contact us to enquire about stock at locations.

Local Pick Up Time Frame

  • Your order will only be held for 60 calendar days after the order is marked ready for pick up and a notification has been sent.
  • Refunds will be initiated minus restocking fees and through original payment method.
  • Please contact us in the case of extending your pick up time frame.
  • Customers will receive up to three reminders before a refund is initiated.

After 60 calendar days - the order will be refunded as it will be deemed unwanted due to change of mind. In such cases, a restocking fee of 10% will be charged and a refund minus the stocking fees will be issued through the original payment method. 


Please note: Conditions pertaining to the passage Pick Up Time Frame is only applicable to orders placed through our local pick-up delivery option.

Please make sure all documents are present, when picking up.
