How It Works
Follow these steps when placing a Click & Collect order.
Select Pick Up
At checkout, choose the Pick up option in the delivery section.
Choose Your Store
Select your preferred pickup location from the available stores.
Complete Your Order
Pay for your order and wait for our email confirming it is ready for collection.
Ready for Pickup
Most orders are ready within 2–4 business days. We’ll email you once your order is ready.
Possible Transfer Delays
Some items may need to be transferred from our warehouse or another store, which can occasionally delay pickup.
Collecting Your Order
Once you receive your ready-for-pickup email, follow these steps in-store.
Visit the Store
Go to your selected Twinkle Glory pickup store during opening hours.
Head to Counter
Let our staff know you are collecting a Click & Collect order.
Show Your Details
Show your order confirmation and valid photo ID matching the order name.
Order Confirmation
Bring your order confirmation email or order number.
Photo ID
Bring valid photo ID, such as a driver licence, passport or proof of age card.
Someone Else Collecting?
You can nominate someone else to collect your order on your behalf.
Contact Us
Let us know your order number and the nominee’s full name before pickup.
Nominee Brings ID
The nominee must bring valid photo ID matching the name provided to us.
Collect In-Store
Our team will verify the details before releasing the order.
Order Holding Period
Click & Collect orders are held for 60 calendar days after your ready-for-pickup notification is sent.
Order Ready
Your 60-day collection period begins once your ready-for-pickup email is sent.
Reminder Emails
You may receive up to three reminders if your order has not been collected.
After 60 Days
Uncollected orders may be refunded to the original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee.
Stock & Store Availability
Available Locations
Pickup locations shown at checkout depend on stock availability in our system.
Store Transfers
Items may need to be moved from our warehouse or another store before collection.
